Initiating a Return of product
To request a return, please contact us at sharonkatzstudio@gmail.com within the 14-day return window. We will provide you with return instructions; items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will not accept complaints or return requests after this time frame
We review each case individually to determine the appropriate resolution
